Welcome to
  Atmosheric Predictability & Data Assimilation Laboratory (APDAL)


  In order to enhance the quality of numerical weather prediction,
  inherent predictability of weather and climate, data assimilation systems, and
  adaptive observations are studied in APDAL.
  In addition, we also study dynamical development of forecast error and
  synoptic weather systems using various theories including potential vorticity thinking.
